Stomach Ache and Causing Problem Food
Consuming food is daily need to get our body fit and get the energy to act and to develop cell, tissue, and organ, and food and its nutrition on it is vital for our body metabolism.
But food can also causing problem or disorder in the metabolism process. Foods that cause your stomachache as bloating, gas, stomach feels heartburn, or other uncomfortable symptoms after eating.Foods that can cause digestive problems such as heartburn, diarrhea, or
stomach acid Processed Foods Processed foods increase the risk of type
diabetes, heart disease, and excess weight. The food consists of refined
carbohydrates, like white bread, soda, and potato chips, faster moving
through the digestive tract and can cause bloating, cramping, and other
stomach problems.
If you can not completely eliminate processed foods
from your diet, you can consume it with foods that have slow
digestibility, such as proteins, skinless chicken meat, and foods
containing healthy fats such as avocado or natural peanut.
It is most likely because of the food you eat.
There are several types of food causing digestive problem especially for those who suffer from digestive disorders such as Irritable
Bowel Syndrome. gastritis, diarrhea, constipation, and Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease (GERD). Here we have listed, as my doctor said, some of foods causing the most disruption to your digestive tract. However, there may still be some other foods more can adversely affect the digestive system.
You also need to keep the portions, so that refined carbohydrates are not much more than good food that you combine with it.
Fruits and raw vegetables Generally it is said that eating fresh and natural foods are the best way to stay healthy.
However, raw fruits and vegetables can be something that is difficult for people with a sensitive digestive system problems. Raw fruits and vegetables contain a number that is very high in soluble fiber, making it faster to move through the digestive tract - and can cause watery stool, diarrhea, abdominal gas, and bloating.
If the you have digestive geographically, preferably cook vegetables and even fruit if possible. This is because cooking will help break down some of the fiber, which allows for a more digestible to limit the gas and bloating that can result from eating raw vegetables.
Coffee (Beverage) Coffee can make the problem worse for your digestive tract. For sensitive people, coffee can cause stomach irritation. Coffee not only give effect insomnia, but also stimulates the production of acid in the stomach, which can cause inflammation and lead to heartburn and. Coupled with the caffeine content of coffee, which works like a diuretic, can lead to dehydration and eventually make constipation.
Limit your caffeine intake to one cup of coffee per day. If that is not possible, give the body a chance to process the caffeine for about 2 hours, before you take the next one cup.
Cooling foods, especially milk, can help soothe the burning sensation associated with spicy foods in some people. This is because the milk itself can be hard on digestion, for high quality protein-rich milk, greek yogurt containing probiotics and helps digestion. Many artificial sweeteners are commonly circulated affect indigestion.
It is recommended to use a natural sweetener substitutes will not
causeing digestive problems., which can help reduce the carbohydrates
and calories. Spicy foods Spicy foods are tempting you also can arouse
heartburn, especially if you eat close to bedtime.
Tt is important to note, that does not consume coffee on an empty
stomach. It is advisable to get something that is easy to digest, such
as bananas or cereal at breakfast to reduce symptoms.
Artificial sweeteners If you want to eliminate calorie intake by
replacing sugar with artificial sweeteners for your coffee, it can
affect the digestive system and increase inflammation in your body. In
general, a sweetener that can only partially digested has a very large
impact on the digestive system, and can cause bloating, gas, and
diarrhea.
