Liquid or water is vital in keeping the health. All living things, human, animal, and vegetation will not withstand or survive without water. It is stated that God created all living thing out of water. Do you believe it ?. Absolutely, water is the dominant component of the living body.
There are some or even more drinks give healthy effects. The author want to share this knowledge with the readers. Drink is composed of water and dilluted ingridient here the nutritious substances give better effect to human health.
In addition, in this blog there are also discussion about food for diabetics, food for heart health, and there is also food to treat allergies. But this time I will put aside the subject of food. Now I want to talk about a healthy beverage. What are the drinks are good for your health?
Here are, the drinks (soft drink or juice or refreshing drinks) just five of the best drink to the health of the human body because of its contents
1. Green Tea
Lots of literacy in both the online and the offline discusses the
benefits of green tea as a health drink. From start to prevent heart
disease, cancer, high in antioxidants to prevent cavities.
Well, that are five kinds of healthy drinks that are good for our body.

2. Soy Milk
Soy milk is valued by some health experts is better than cow's milk.
This is because the protein in soy milk is more easily digested and the
fat content is much less compared to cow's milk or animal milk. Soy milk
contains a lot of fiber and soy protein lowers levels of bad
cholesterol and triglycerides, which can reduce the risk of heart
disease.
3. Milk Cow
Cow's milk is one healthy drink because it contains many important vitamins and minerals that your body needs. Milk contains a lot of calcium to maintain healthy bones and teeth. Strengthen bones and prevent osteoporosis.
Cow's milk also contains carbohydrates and protein. Functions of carbohydrates as an energy source, while protein helps form muscle mass. Vitamin D in milk helps stabilize blood sugar levels.
4.Orange Juice
Orange juice is a healthy drink that is good for the body because of its high vitamin C content. Consume grapefruit juice every day can help you prevent many diseases such as cataracts, cancer prevention, as well as boosting the immune system. Lime is also known as fruit high in antioxidants.
5..Hot Chocolate
Chocolate is known as a food that can improve your mood for the better, as well as hot chocolate drinks. So if your mood is chaotic, try to drink a cup of hot chocolate.
